- Make payments to existing payees, cancel scheduled bills and review previously paid bills from your mobile device. (You must be enrolled into Bill Pay to use Mobile Bill Pay).
Make Deposits
-Deposit checks while on the go.
Locations
- Find nearby Branches and ATMs using the built-in GPS. Additionally, you can search by zip code or address.
With the update, it’s more seamless and intuitive. It gets the job done.
Works good sometimes…

The features of the app are good and useful for the most part. But the sign in is a nightmare, it keeps saying my password is wrong even though I would use it previously or earlier that day and you only have 3 tries or it blocks you out completely until ya call the bank. The Face ID works sometimes but most of the time it wants other verification. I’ve also noticed over the last few months after you sign in it will sometimes freeze on the loading screen and won’t budge until hours later no matter how many times you force close the app. Basically it has good potential but it overshadowed by usability issues.
Upgrade was a downgrade

The app upgrade has been a downgrade. I used to get instant notifications when a transaction is made now I have to check it manually. It used to default show all transactions and now it shows the last 5. I miss the old version.
To many changes to often

You change this app every month I can’t even get into it half the time this bank used to care about the people who use it now it’s all about making money from us. You lost the personal touch it had when it was Ashe Federal bank you need to get back to the basics and treat people right not like a number.
