The app is ok but needs some updating. 1. The notifications for the app should be a little more noticeable and or alert you of a new offer available. 2. The fact that it takes 5-7 days after the job time is complete to see your payout in your bill account to me is way too long if everything has been signed for and accepted we should be able to either cash out immediately or see payment 1-2 days max. 3. I do enjoy the integration between maps and communicating with support they are extremely responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues you have and work well to find solutions 4. Adding, removing, and updating vehicles is a long process of emails and paperwork. I think the company can find a way to streamline this process to help the driver make changes for the day of driving. Overall this is a great option to some occasional money to what you do full-time but i haven’t seen the benefits of utilizing this as a good day to day opportunity. If they fix some of the bugs and offer more pickup opportunities I think this will be a strong contender in daily work.

I love what i do as a commander and it makes me happy but app needs some development. For example definitely need a louder tone for job notification, even having the app open its not loud or catchy enough to get someones attention if im not looking at it. Same with when out of the app, when app running in background the notification should be very loud so it can catch the driver’s attention. Also it definitely has connection issue because there are many times that i get the text for a job that im very close by but i didnt get it in the app and thats very weird that i have to call in to get the order when im already super close. One other thing is the emails. I dont understand the purpose of the emailing when we are using the app. You should add some more boxes and options for the dispatchers to be able to give all the information we get in email instead in the app. I believe with a little more work on the app it can turn all hustle away from the driver so they can focus on the task more than figuring out the app and informations by switching between email and app. Thanks.

As a driver, I expect transparency, fair pay, and flexibility this app falls short in all three. Payouts are only once a week on Thursdays, with no instant cash-out option, which is unusual for a gig platform. Pay rates are not shown upfront and there’s no negotiation runs are posted at a set price, often below market value. Mid-run, dispatchers sometimes add low-paying jobs, creating pressure to accept them without proper review. For drivers to succeed, Airspace should offer transparent pay details, fair rate negotiation, and on-demand payout options. Without these updates, the earning potential and driver satisfaction will remain low compared to other gig platforms. This app needs serious improvement. You have to wait a full week to get paid on Thursdays no instant cash-out option at all, which is standard on other gig apps. They don’t let you see your pay upfront, they lowball runs, and they don’t negotiate rates just throw out a number and expect you to take it. Dispatchers even try to slip in cheap runs Pay is often not worth the time or gas. For a gig app, drivers deserve transparency, fair rates, and on-demand pay.

Too many app bugs, the app will turn off so you have to turn it back on, the map zooms out to a world map so you can’t see the distance visually & have to manually zoom in now causing a delay in accepting deliveries. Operations will unassign you from a job without notice so you get jobs take from you, separate issue, they call & drop the call after the first ring so they can say you didn’t respond so they can also take the job from you & reassign it because they can’t follow Google voice prompts even though their own phone line requires the use of promote selection for customers & drivers. There is one pharmacy whom one of their staff uses Favoritism & won’t other drivers to take more than one job at a time even though they need a delivery to be picked up even though they have another one offer it b/c she probably knows the struggle & now helpful it is for us to earn more for our mile. It’s the reason why drivers have had to resort to app stacking because waiting for the paycheck can take too long as contractors. We shouldn’t be paid the same 1 week time span as with 1040 paycheck as we use a car twice as much put wear and tear maintenance we have to constantly check up on so & with 3rd party Cash availability companies that exist, not sure why Airspace hasn’t incorporated it yet. Better incentives or pay should be offered for long distance 5 drop offs or out of state because often times we barely get orders at the new place or small distance that’s not worth the trouble of delaying more time in that location. It will help us be able to drive back on those dead miles if they gave more incentives or charged the clients more. Someone of them like airlines & bases have the money to pay more so not sure why Airspace cheapens out on those long distance orders.
