Delivery went great. I was only 80 miles from my pick up two deliveries so I arrived early based on some reviews and they did well. I was unloaded and signed out by the time it was time for my appointment. And the lumber was already paid which always makes things a lot smoother. Sometimes if I forget about the tracking app but this app updates as I arrive and depart which is also great. This was an all-around great load.

Why does it try to route an 18 wheeler with u-turns? It’s also awkward to find the gps to each location, it would be easier to have a button or a prompt or an option or something that once you mark the load as picked up you can choose to start navigating to the next destination. It would also be nice to be able to check along the route for truck stops and rest areas. There should also be a prompt or option when you mark the load as picked up to take a picture of the BOL immediately and then after you mark the load as delivered to take another picture of the BOL signed. The two stars is because of the u-turns though, that’s unacceptable and shouldn’t happen. The other stuff just seems like it would make more sense and be more convenient for the drivers and the companies that require us to use the load tracking. Also, being able to update if there’s a delay like a flat or mechanical issue, road closure due to weather or detention etc. would probably be convenient to keep everyone in the loop as well

As a driver, I don’t see a need to track me 4 hours before my scheduled time or to constantly be tracked in the background of my phone. Tracking should start only when you open the app. There should be an option for the company to be able to repeat regular trips like you would a calendar event instead of having to assign my trips daily. I know different companies do different things, but I deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening. Every stop after my first departure says delivered, day or night. Then it wants me to rate my location after each delivery and when I back out, it takes me to completed trips instead of back to the active one I’m currently using. With today’s technology, these seem to be minor issues that could make this experience a lot better.

Simple enough to allow companies to track their load but it also includes free trucking gps. Not sure how trustworthy it is to use but I will compare it to trucker path sometime soon. The estimated times are pretty slow. 45mph average on one trip vs trucker paths 60mph average. Perhaps it allows for traffic and unexpected events on every run. Pretty nice rather than getting my hopes up.
