What a beautifully helpful app. My sense of the passing of days can get really messed up. This app helps to track ‘due dates’ of anything - birthdays, projects, payment of bills - whatever I want to put in. This is my new favorite for peace of mind.

Finally, a countdown app WITHOUT gaudy pictures of balloons, etc.

Countdown 1.6 introduces Countdown Pro, an optional one-time purchase that unlocks background images, extra fonts, any color and unlimited events. Already bought Countdown? Nothing changes: Pro is yours, forever, and there's nothing you need to do. Everything you used works just like before. Also in this update: • Much smaller download: the built-in background images have been optimized • Larger image previews in the event editor • The Long text option in Settings now shows a live preview
