I’ve been using Helix MWR for five months now and have been extremely satisfied with their amazing customer service, extremely convenient business model, and quality product. You can schedule appointments through there website and the phlebotomists, nurses, and doctors will either come to your home or see you virtually. It really beats fighting traffic, paying for parking, and sitting in waiting rooms. The meds come right to your home and are high quality and easy to administer.Their concierge customer service is always quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. All around just a great experience!10/10 would highly recommend!

I don’t know what is with the bad reviews as everything is clearly started on the terms. The service has been great and all the staff has been lovely, not to mention how great I feel! Definitely recommend.

Helix is a great service! The blood draw is in home, the nurse visit is in home and the doctor calls you. The medication get sent right to my house. Everything is very convenient. I feel great on the protocol!

Have had my credit card charged every month for more than a year without ANY COMMUNICATION and have not received any prescriptions or service for the entire 2020 period. When I enquired about a refund I was told I should not even ATTEMPT to ask because I would not get one because they claimed to be a prescription service. Such scum bag business people should not be allowed to do business after 2020. Unscrupulous “got ya” bad faith business practices is how Helix operates. You're a disgusting company.
