A dear family member got sick w Covid and wasn’t able to attend the Christmas party. We still honored him by Skyping while at the dinner table and when he opened his Prezzee digital gift card I sent him, there was unwrap animation and confetti and he got all teary eyed! So now he can divide the balance on his card between Uber eats and other vendors so it was a huge win over a cheesy present that my aunt mailed him. I’m super happy we were able to connect and it didn’t feel transactional and boring like a conventional gift card. Also I like that you can put a reminder for someone’s birthday, or other special date.

I’d recently purchased a gift card and I couldn’t use it. When I tried to use it from the store. It showed zero balance. Return my item because the gift card showed zero balance. Left the store. Contacted the customer service for prezzee. I thought it was be quick easy fix. Customer service told me it’s showing the balance is available and ready for use. Went back to the store. Same results. Contacted customer service again. Ask refund after the 2nd failed attempt. I’d probably went through 3 or 4 people to help. None of them didn’t help. One lady from costumer service tried to called me at midnight. Twice. I answered. She wasn’t in a good mood. I had a tone. Rude. Raising her voice. Everything I said. She just “no you didn’t.” “No you didn’t” “no you didn’t”. I told her “clearly you’re in a bad mood. Can I talk to someone else.” She said “no you can’t. There is no one else you can’t talk too.” And this probably happened one more time. After I ask for someone else. “She just said I’m not going to cancel your card” and hang up. Hopefully the conversation is recorded. Who calls on Friday night at midnight to handle business?

I was having trouble with accessing my gift card and went to customer service. They asked me if I had an order number and I said that I was not provided one, they said unfortunately that is the only way that we can view your account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Anna said that they will give me a call back in 2 hours.. mind you I wasn’t rude, never cursed at her, so I’m not sure why they were not helpful to me in any way. Of course “the supervisor” never called me back. So I called back again just to see how I can use the gift card. It was the same thing, the representatives gave minimal effort to help redeem my gift card. It is very frustrating how no one cared to help me access my card. When I called back today for a refund, they said oh, if you don’t have your order number I can look up your account through your email. They sure enough found my account through my email, and I even gave them another chance to help me with my redemption card and they said that they did not have access to help me so I’m requesting a refund.

I strongly advise against purchasing gift cards from this company due to my unfortunate experience. I encountered a significant issue with their AutoZone gift card system, which remained inaccessible for a prolonged period of 6 days. Consequently, I had to personally cover the expenses incurred as a result. Despite my attempts to obtain a resolution, I have encountered considerable difficulty in obtaining either a replacement or a refund. Regrettably, the company asserts that they are unable to assist me in any way and suggests that I simply retain the gift card for future use. In my pursuit of a resolution, I have engaged in conversations with approximately 6 individuals in an attempt to connect with a manager who may have the capacity to offer assistance or provide some clarity on the matter. However, I have been informed that all managers are currently engaged in a meeting, with no indication of when it will conclude or whether I will receive a callback. Consequently, I feel compelled to caution others against making any purchases from this company. The situation I find myself in is truly exasperating and unsatisfactory.
