Just bought a Mule Pro-MX EPS. This app is the most useless app I’ve run across from a serious company. Downloaded this app hoping it would have similar (or maybe more) functionality than the My Kubota app I use with my Kubota L4701 tractor. The Kubota app provides a downloaded (not linked) owner manual, allows download (for a fee but a real download, not linked) service manual, step by step service guides with photos for routine maintenance, etc. If I need to print a few pages so I can complete some tedious whatever without getting a book all greasy, I can do that. Bottom line the Kubota app isn’t perfect but it is useful. This ridiculous excuse for an app provides nothing of any use. Sure it has a section for the owner manual, which redirects me to the website where a multi step process allows me to view (not download or print more than one page at a time) the owner manual. I can just make a bookmark on my browser for that. ALL THE APP DOES IS ADD ADDITIONAL STEPS TO ACCESS THE MANUAL. Why in the world would anyone want that?So what else does the app do? Allow dealers to regale me with advertisements? Well from my perspective that’s some really useful functionality there. Glad I signed up for more direct marketing than I’m already pummeled with from an unending variety of sources. The Mule is awesome. Absolutely perfect addition to the equipment that services our property. This app is the electronic version of a football bat. Kawasaki should be embarrassed. No app at all would be more respectable.

I use this mostly to check out specs and prices on their motorcycles. It worked great for years. Then it started crashing on launch. That eventually got resolved but it wouldn’t load anything anymore. After more months it finally loads things but it’s painfully slow and renders things on top of one another. So I think this app is finally going in the trash heap even though I much prefer it to the layout of their website.

Like many other re reviewers, I cannot seem to be able to log in. Worse, the password reset link is at the bottom of the screen. I have to pull the screen up to see the link, but by doing that, I cannot click it. Poor design.

Information is 100% for both email & password; yet, it will not accept… The screen layout is cut off by a lot, only had a little green sliver “submit button” at the bottom & could not access forgot password or etc.
