I’ve been using this app to browse properties for sale in my area, though you can browse for leases as well. It’s incredibly easy to use with no distracting clutter. The filter functions help narrow down the listings by type (multifamily, retail, office, etc), price, size, tenancy, etc, basically everything you’d need in an app. I love that there’s a way to contact the listing broker directly through the app as well. It’s a simple but powerful tool for searching for commercial property investment opportunities. I would recommend this app to real estate colleagues, business partners looking for office/retail space, or anyone looking to buy an investment property.

Great work on the past updates, you guys added everything I suggested in my initial review. Just one more thing, have the saved search emails open through the app rather than the web browser. Thank you and keep up the great work!Please make the above suggestion happen!I'd love to use the app on my phone more, but the only time I need it is when I check my saved search emails, and those emails redirect to the Safari browser rather than the Crexi app.

I like the App. But I reluctantly use it due to the many glitches in the App. The Filters are extremely unreliable especially when using the filter withe the map feature. Also trying to save properties to a designated group you’ve created is very troublesome or incapable at all. The App closes down and you will have to find the same property all over again. Hopefully you memorized the address or some identifying factors to help with finding the property to lost during the App shutdown. Overall the App needs to work on the technical operating mechanics to prevent the constant shutdowns that can be very annoying.

Disclaimer — I’ve only been on the app for about 10 minutes, but that’s long enough to be annoyed and making a review.I’ve had the app freeze, crash, and now it won’t show any data with the listings that decided to show up. I can see the listing’s thumbnail, but all of the information (price, property info) is all gone.So I decided to report a problem within the app only to discover you can’t report bugs in app without creating an account first…as though after experiencing all these bugs would lead me to probably experience more bugs just signing up. Nope. Deleted now. There are other apps in the sea.
