The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Compass Community CU Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as a Compass Community Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Security questions when logging in
Hopeful for a solution
The app is only great when you can access your accounts. Upon entering my user ID and password, I’m taken to a security question that I know I would never have chosen. I then can not proceed because I have no correct answer. Mobile banking thru this app is my quick access to account info. Please fix this. I’ve heard from other mobile users of this app that they are experiencing the same thing.Thank you.
