The ePACT Admin App allows authorized users to securely access critical member information day-to-day and in an emergency, including in offline mode. Staff can quickly and easily view medical and contact details, sign members in and out, or send messages direct from their smartphone or tablet.
Critical Information at Your Fingertips: View medical information (including allergies and dietary needs), flagged conditions, medications and treatments, and waivers and consents.
Send General & Emergency Messages: Send email, text, and voice messages to groups, members, and emergency contacts to ensure that no one misses out on important information.
Check Members In and Out: Eliminate paper sign in/out forms, improve the drop-off and pick-up process for families, and automatically archive records for licensing requirements.
This app works on a PC but not on mobile devices, so forget using it in an emergency. It is impossible to logon from a phone. Try and fail 3 times and you’ll be forced to reset your password on your PC - and this is only after they email you the reset link, eventually!

An absolute nightmare with the recent updates. I went back to paper sign in because the sheets from my supervisor were unavailable, participants checked in then appeared unregistered, and now the sheets will not load on mobile.

The website itself doesn’t work on mobile and the app is useless if you are just a parent with kids. It works fine if you use a PC but forget using the app or a mobile browser. They also have no way to contact them or give feedback.
