Hi- overall the EE Health app is great and easy to use. Only suggestion is when have multiple consecutive visits in same day have to do the online checkin for EACH visit as opposed to letting 1 online checkin count for ALL visits that same day. Also if do online check in days before seem to still get pop up reminder to do it again day before visit. If should only be done 24-48 hrs for example before visit then don’t allow us ability to do it week or 2 before visit. Thanks

I arrived 2:30 pm for 2:30 pm appointment. On the app I clicked “im here button”. The map tracked my location. That is the proof but when I reached no one was available in the front desk. I waited 2 mins then sat and started paying through app, did all e- check activities while was seating in the doctor’s office. Then my husband showed up after parking the car and I told him I couldn’t find anyone in the front desk. He was very tall and someone came and telling us “ I was about to cancel and reschedule your appointment” come early for your next appointment” should I accept their false acquisition and keep my mouth shut “ No!! I told her no one was here when I arrived “on time” she showed me someone sitting “back of a desk far from the front desk” and told she is here” and the front desk person went for lunch ! in a HARSH tone and tried shutting me down. There should be a calling button or online kiosk for check in I wouldn’t have suffered this embarrassment

I am not a nurse or a Dr. If I understood all the jargon- I’d be a Dr or a nurse. I read results, I don’t understand what the numbers mean. So I kinda read and say okay then. Close the page and go on with my life. Having no idea what the numbers mean. With E health I can’t order refills with MY DR. - it goes to some desk of a person who knows nothing about me & fills 1/2 my RX. Making me drive back n forth to pharmacy multiple times & having to pay 2 co pays instead of one. That I cannot afford. And these e health apps are so cold & uncaring, I’m hearing rumors that e health wants to start “charging fees” for messages to Dr, to get test results,etc. I do NOT WANT TO CONTINUE USING the E-health app. I’m done with EVERYONE nickel & dime-ing us for everything .. how do I delete my app. So all my Dr’s know, they’ll have to pick up a phone and call me with my test results & I can ask questions for results I don’t understand.

I have used My chart for 7-8 years, more is included each time it updates and it gets easier to use. A lot of older radiology and lab tests have been added, and the crossover with Duly and Northwestern is helpful, as well as easy access to Covid and other vaccines.I schedule my vaccines a d other appointments myself. One suggestion for the check in for the Covid vaccines would be an option to auto populate my previous vaccines from my record, all of which were through Edward and are in my chart. Or a pop up option to look at your vaccinations that are in my chart.
