Description
The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform.
The app has many features such as:
• Access to medications and test results
• Messaging with your care team
• A virtual COVID-19 vaccine card
• Online scheduling
• Virtual care through E-Visits and on-demand video visits, directly in the app
The app is also integrated with the Apple Health App using Apple's Healthkit capability, which allows you to download your medical and immunization records directly from your electronic health record to your iPhone.

Aug 11th, 2023 Right breast lumpectomy/ partial mastectomy went very well. From day 2 after surgery til day6 no pain. Upon travel 45 minutes each way to & from Cosco i filled my rx for pain. Taking only a 4th of a pill, in about 20 minutes i was unable to stay awake & had my husband. Lou to help me to bed. On September 7th the stitches are almost all dissolved & i had my external & internal Ultrasound done this am at Northwest Health hospital extension LifeWorks. Results should be faxed to RUSH & my Dr ,Alexander, D. O. (In LaPorte) in 2 days. I’m extremely happy with my surgery at RUSH & Dr. Madrigano. Sherry Cantrell.
ENT referral to Dr Bhayani
Dr Bhayani was a pleasure to meet with and feel that he genuinely provides the best possible experience. Since I had never met with him prior, he took the time to LISTEN to my issues. He then proceeded to examine my nasal passages. He explained what he was doing and why. I was able to view the monitor and he explained what he viewed. He recommended a CT and provided 2 referrals.
The CT was done at Rush, the young man and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The CT was performed on time and I was on my way. It took longer to get to the CT location from the garage, then for the entire process and procedure.
The pre check in worked great. I appreciate when people are competent and willing to take the time to explain things. I this point I feel that patients Rights were adhered to and I loved the service I have gotten so far.

Difficulty signing in
Every time I wan to log in to MyChart I have to reset my password…I never had this problem in the past…I know that I am inputting the correct user name and password but I get told every time that something is wrong. The only way I can access is to change my password…Not Happy!
