Update July 19, 2024: The issues have been fixed. Thank you!Previous review: This is a great app that my realtor recommended. However, the newest update is messed up. The listing does not match up with the pictures (e.g., a listing for land shows a large house, or a 2-bedroom listing is showing a mansion). My favorites all had the wrong pictures after the update. There is also no longer the feature to filter by rent or sale. This has been a great app and hopefully these issues are fixed soon! The updated layout does look great.

Nevella is great at what she does she cares about you and your family likes she’s part of it!!! She’s always available and very knowledgeable in her job we are searching for are first time home and she has made it stress free and she’s always teaching us on the process, she is always available and very kind and understanding! This app no longer works at all on Mac desktop Sequoia 15.2. “MLS-Client Error #1031 Invalid board 712, aborting.” There’s only an “OK” button (sorry but that’s NOT “OK.”) It worked fairly well before. The zoom features were really cumbersome though - you could only use the roller on a mouse to zoom, which often didn’t respond. It wasn’t clear how things would or could print when it worked as well. (Agent thought it couldn’t print at all, but I discovered an icon for it)It seems to be working on the phone but when I’m researching homes I’m not gonna do it all on the phone. That’s a total nuisance when I’m trying to compare several properties and compose a list to view.

It’s nice to be able to work with your agent in tandem within an app that’s at your fingertips. The categorization feature is nice but it’s needs a few improvements -I often have to reset or restart the app to keep searching the map section for properties as I zoom in an out of an area -add an option in filters to mark things of importance, like close to a grocery store or important other land marks -add the option to just highlight the properties you favorited on the map-add a “routes map” that allows you to map out a “tour” of the properties you would like to see based on distance and best route. This may not be a tool for all however if someone is trying to look at multiple properties in a day this feature would save essential time
