BUILD YOUR OWN SECURITY AND COMFORT WITH AJAX
A SINGLE INTEGRATED ECOSYSTEM
Ajax is a unified ecosystem in which intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, water leak prevention, and automation work seamlessly together. You can add new devices and scale your system as space requirements grow — without compatibility issues, complex setup, or redesigning everything from scratch.
INSTANT ALERTS WITH VISUAL PROOF
You don't miss important events — you know exactly when and how to respond. When an intrusion, fire, or water leak is detected, the app sends a critical alert that breaks through Do Not Disturb mode. Visual alarm verification from Ajax cameras or MotionCam detectors helps you quickly understand what's happening on site.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE YOU CAN TRUST
Watch live video or browse the archive directly in the app. Footage is synchronized with system events, giving you a clear visual context for every alarm and complete situational awareness. To protect your privacy, video streams use secure proprietary transmission technology, while passwordless camera authentication minimizes the risk of unauthorized access.
AUTOMATION FOR ENHANCED SECURITY AND ROUTINES
Set your system to operate automatically. Change security modes on a schedule, turn on lighting when motion is detected, shut off water in case of a leak, or control locks, gates, heating, and appliances. Automation scenarios run in the background — even without an internet connection — while you focus on your day.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE, ONE TAP AWAY
Connect your system to a monitoring company to access professional security services with fast alarm response. The largest alarm receiving centers and a wide range of CMS software in more than 180 countries support Ajax systems. In an emergency, press the in-app panic button to instantly transmit the event and your smartphone's location to the rapid response unit.

Let me say first that I do like Ajax product for its reliability (battery and SIM card for hub), variety of sensors, ease of installation and price. However the apps for phone and especially watch are written with utter disregard for usability. Cryptic error messages, very small font, very bad icons (a circle with a small opening, grey on white - impossible to see on small screen or without reading glasses). No explanation what night mode is. Errors when one locks (or unlocks) twice. A font used is hard to read on My large Xr.Apple Watch app is most problematic. It seem to require a phone nearby. I often go outside with watch on my hand and my main phone at home, while I approach the door, my watch senses wifi from inside and my phone too, still, it blinks“Connecting..” message and cannot unlock. I had to resort to calling my girlfriend to unlock, or a remote control :)And the watch app does require “hard press” on screen, which is totally non-intuitive. Also, it does not confirm locking and unlocking action by distinct text or sound - only that “broken” circle. There are standard icons for On and Off status, or Locked/Unlocked. Why reinvent the wheel?

Good day! Thank you for your interest in Ajax Systems! Night mode is a mode that you can use to arm your perimeter and stay inside the house without any alarm triggers. More about Night Mode in the article: https://support.ajax.systems/en/what-is-night-mode/"Hello!The app on Apple Watch does not receive the information about the system state if the application on the smartphone was dumped off from the memory of the phone (when you swipe away the app in the task manager), thereby currently to properly transfer the states to the app on Apple Watch you should not dump off the app from the memory of the iPhone, leaving the app running in background. At the moment, the timing of the implementation of a separate application for the Apple Watch is still unknown. If you have any other problem with the application on Apple Watch - please contact our technical support ☎️ You can call:+38 044 538 13 10+38 066 022 44 32+38 068 597 36 07✉️ or write:by mail - support@ajax.systemsin Telegram - https://t.me/AjaxSystemsSupport_Bot📲 using the application through the menu ""Report a problem""You can share a proposal for the development of the Ajax security system on the “Suggested features” page at our website: https://ajax.systems/features/ There you can also check the list of ideas and implemented functions from other Ajax users. Great Hardware, poor cloud service/app
El Rigardo Potatohead
I have been a customer of Ajax for quite sometime now and I love their products but the cloud service is poor and I sometimes had issues getting in my house or out of it due to the system being armed and the app doesn’t work because their cloud server is down… which I later got a keypad for to resolve the issue temporarily… What we need is off-grid security system that does not require cloud connection nor internet for those who does not need or require security company/monitoring company. Another issue is integrations. Almost all aspect of connected sensors/electronics in my house are added/controlled/monitored through Home Assistant… when will we see Ajax opening some Api’s/allowing integration with Hassio? Dont need to control the security system (which is what you’ll probably say as a security issue) but maybe monitor system arming status in a good way and door/window open/close status. I currently have ajax sensor and other sensors for my doors and gates because Ajax does not allow its sensors/api.

Hello!Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for being a long-term customer — we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear that you love our products, and we also value your honest comments.Regarding the cloud connectivity: we’d like to clarify that there were no outages or crashes on our servers during that period, so this was most likely related to a local connection issue (for example, internet provider instability or network conditions at your location). We understand how frustrating such situations can be, and it’s great that the keypad helped as a temporary workaround. As for API access and integrations: at the moment, our API is not publicly available and is provided only to official partners. We do understand the interest in broader integrations and monitoring capabilities, and feedback like yours is very important for shaping future development.Thank you again for your openness and constructive suggestions — they help us improve both our products and services.
Missing Important Feature
alexanderxc
I’ll start by saying that the app is overall good and has a nice UI. That said, it simply is unacceptable that an app that needs to interact with alarm systems does not have yet iOS widgets to interact with said alarms. Also, the geofencing feature (which could be a game changer) seems to me a bit primitive since it apparently doesn’t interact with iOS maps API and requires a constant location permissions, which seems excessive and an issue on battery life. Also, last time I checked the geofence wouldn’t be able to devise whether some else was still in the house. Hence the automation would not be functional at all. Instead I would suggest a higher level of integration with Apple HomeKit and iOS to solve many of the above issue. And to reiterate, widgets were already a must in 2023…

Hello,Thank you for the feedback, we greatly appreciate it!Your suggestion for improvement will be forwarded to our RnD team.
For the love of God, give options for the security alarm. Jesus Christ
I'm reconsidering buying AJAX
Can you please have options for VOLUME and for silent/vibration notifications when the alarms go off? Jesus Christ this is unbearable. Every time the PhOD sends an alarm the fricking phone goes off blaring.Knowing something happened is important but DOES IT HAVE TO BR SO ANNOYING?? You can't even change it to a sound of your picking. It's ridiculous. I haven't installed the sirens because I don't think I'd be able to deal with the horns going off. It's just senseless how little you can customize the alarm settings. For a system that climbs into the thousands with just a few cameras and sensors, it's freaking unacceptable. A full house system can easily hit $5,000. Even $10,000 for a decently sized home. There is no reason you can't adjust sound, volume, vibration and notifications to your liking. What is the development of the app going towards if it isn't something as basic as this????PLEASE FIX THIS. OH MY GOD.
Developer Response
Hello!Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand your frustration regarding notification sounds, volume, and vibration settings — user comfort and control are important, and we hear your concerns clearly.Currently, the app provides standard alert notifications to ensure that users never miss critical events. However, we value feedback like yours, and it is being recorded and passed to our development team for consideration in future updates. The goal is to improve customization options for alerts while maintaining the safety and reliability of the system. In the meantime, if you want guidance on managing phone notification settings for less disruptive alerts, please contact our support team at support@ajax.systems. They can help you configure your device to balance awareness and comfort until more options are available.
- Expanded permissions for non-admin users and PROs: they can now manage notification settings while the system is armed, create arming/disarming scenarios by schedule, and change rooms for non-monitored devices. Relevant permissions must be granted by admin or PRO with appropriate rights.
- Fixed an issue where automation devices could not be opened from the control screen.
