Secret Santa for the office, family or friends. Set up in minutes. Only you need the app, everyone else gets an email or text.
The quickest, friendliest way to run a Secret Santa gift exchange, with fully shareable Wish Lists.
Set up your exchange in a few taps and let the app do the matching. Only you need the app. Everyone else receives their secret match by email or SMS, with nothing to install.
How it works:
• Create an event, set a gift budget, and add a personal message.
• Add people from your contacts, or just type a name and an email or phone number.
• Choose any "must buy for" or "must not buy for" pairings.
• Tap once and everyone is secretly matched.
• Send the assignments by email or SMS, or export a PDF to hand out.
Wish Lists (in-app purchase):
Let every guest share a few gift ideas, so their Secret Santa always gets it right. No more guessing, no more unwanted gifts.
Gift ideas:
Every guest sees a couple of suggestions for the person they're buying for, matched to your budget, with a link to shop for each one online.
Why people love it:
• No account and no sign-in. Start straight away.
• Private by design. Your events are stored on your device and backed up to your own private iCloud. Contact details are only ever used to send the assignments, never for marketing.
• Only the organiser installs the app. Everyone else is notified by email or SMS.
• Send messages in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.
• Copy last year's exchange and add rules so the same pairs never repeat.
• Great for kids' parties too: use a child's name with a parent's email, or print their invite.
Not just for Christmas. Perfect for birthdays, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, office parties, and any time a group wants to swap gifts.
Your privacy matters. You never have to create an account, and contact details are only ever used to send the assignments. Read more: https://www.secretsantas.gifts/privacy-policy
We are hosting another Secret Santa during the annual Christmas party for our youth group and discovered this app when we were looking for another option other than physically drawing names in a hat. We downloaded the free version, and realized this was the one for us so we paid the $4 and upgraded to be able to use the SMS features. Unfortunately something went wrong and the SMS features did not unlock. We contacted the App developers and Ash got back to us in less than 24 hours fixing the issue! We look forward to using this app for years to come! I hope in the future the PDF version that is available for the emails version will be available for the SMS. Thanks again to Ash for quickly getting us back up and running!
Great Secret Santa app

We do Secret Santa with my family every year and I’ve been using this app for years and I keep coming back to it as it has everything I need. I love being able to set that spouses cannot get one another and that I can send the notifications easily without me seeing anything myself. This app makes the logistics so easy since we all live far from one another.
Great App

Really enjoyed using the app always works great for me for what I need. I do have the in app purchase version. I do have an issue with the wishlist that’s provided. When filling out basic questions I have put in for everyone. They do not always save, when being filled out by each individual. Have to go back in and save them 3-5 times before they finally stay. Always had that issue, wish there was a solution or a fix in the future. A suggestion I could say for future updates is the text message should be a pdf or a file that I cant easily go back to see in my text message.(I don’t ever peek, ruin the fun) but it’s so easy to see who has who. Overall great app, room for small improvements.

The app itself is great! I love how I can choose who doesn’t get who for political reasons in our family! I wish the app was more up front about the $3.99 it costs for more than 6 guests. Most secret Santas will be more than 6 people and it was a little shady to have me do all the work of manually inputting emails and everything just to tell me I have to pay for it when I’m hitting the send button. I paid the fee because I didn’t want to have to do the work over again on a different app. I probably would have paid for it anyway but felt better if it was more obvious that it would cost me money. Anyway, great app in and of itself.
