One thing about keto is that it’s easy to just keep making the same few things. Then the diet gets boring and you stray. This app gives a whole host of new recipes presented in a pleasing format. It’s easy to see the list of ingredients so you can check if you already have it all or need something. Then instructions are in another tab. Thank you for not doing a picture prep that spreads out the recipe (in order to sell more ads.) And the recipes look great, some very easy yet appealing.

So, I have been using this app for about a day now to supplement the diet that I am on. It has great recipes, that cannot be denied, but when you go to make the recipes they tell you how many servings that the recipe makes but they do not tell you how much one serving is. I have fallen into this trap more than once already where I make a recipe and to get it on my plate but then when I go back to double check it I find that the serving I have serves three or six people. I am new to keto. I did weight watchers before and the portion sizes are larger than Keto. One portion on keto is about a half a portion on weight watchers. So, when your listing a recipe, for the love of God, put what size a portion is please. This is extremely frustrating. When I was on weight watchers this was never a problem because that would make the recipe and then put down how much one serving size. I never had to worry about it. Now I do and it is not convenient.

Every time you open this app the first page is an advertisement, that takes you to something that you can purchase and listen also to their ad. There are not that many recipes also on here as they advertise, just a few recipes, the only thing I like about the app is the recipes are all keto. I also cannot find a way to unsubscribe and get my money back. I have not been charged yet but it’s been more than three days, I signed up to purchase the app. We’ll see what happens. I hope I don’t have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to get my money back. I wish they would fix everything and make it a true recipe finder for keto and not a bunch of advertising - like I said I paid the money for the app it’s not a free app that I bought, and I shouldn’t get ads.

I’ve only used the app a little bit, but I’m super impressed so far. The recipes are a diverse range and I think it’s cool that there are even vegetarian recipes included! Another thing I love is that this app didn’t request or require any permissions or access to my information, which I feel is as it should be for a recipe app, but this is literally the first app I’ve come across that doesn’t want to access everything about my life. So kudos to the developers for that as well.
