Chime app is great but opens my iPhone documents / files

I really like the Chime platform and app. The Only problem is that when I try and open a document from my files on my iPhone, it opens the chime app attempts to connect the document, and name it, to a chime record. I cannot understand why this is happening. The only remedy is to delete chime app, open my document from my files and reload chime later. That’s the only reason for four stars.

Your sales team has committed fraud. I have full documentation of the incident and am escalating this now due to your complete lack of response to this problem.Three months ago I reached out to your team and had specific questions about your company's CRM products and how it can be used within my MLS. Your sales representative blatantly lied and that lie was caught within two weeks of purchase when it became clear I was unable to operate your CRM within my MLS network without my broker also being on Chime. I demanded, in writing, a full refund and cancellation of all Chime services multiple times since learning this and instead you have had the balls to continue billing me for a service I cannot use due to your lies. Chime support has repeatedly ignored attempts to make this right and has had the balls to keep billing me for a product I am unable to use as advertised. They have one more business day to find a peaceful resolution before I take legal action against them.

My Firm started working with Lofty a couple of years ago, but I recently made the switch back and the end of February and it has been a game changer for me. The smart plans that keep leads engaged, the ability to send my website out two different leads so that even if they’re not looking at the properties I have listed they’re looking at other properties through my site and they reached out to me to conduct showings and I love this future. I haven’t used every aspect of the plan but the AI is super super helpful. And can do a lot of functions, including writing emails and sending text messages on my behalf. I would recommend this to any Real Estate Agent. Looking to capture more leads and have them stay engaged.

OK, excuse typos I’m gonna write this to speaks to text this used to be one of my favorite apps and desktop software combination by far when I say favorite the best chime app used to be so fast. It was so in sync and again was one of my favorite apps until Loty purchased the company this year and seem to somehow not only tank the software side but also the app very disappointed would give zero stars completely useless right now. I can’t even login trying to use the app not to mention. It’s just slow slow slow totally willing to update my review if you can increase it by at least 10 to 20 seconds refresh rate and I have to wait 30 seconds for the app in the screen to refresh and kick you out weekly.
