Application is very solid and reliable most of the time. Does the job without any excessive features. Simple and to the point.My only recommendation would be to delay the refresh rate once you open the app. Many times I will open the app and then try and reopen it a few minutes later. I will be in the middle of looking at something and it seems to want to take me back to the initial menu, which can be quite irritating. Other than that, very good app!

BEWARE! Without an excellent internet connection this app will load every page seemingly correctly but will really not be showing you any load offers for you to accept. It looks like it loads the load offer page fully and you have no loads available but annoyed calls from my driver leader have shown this to be incorrect. I usually have a decent internet connection too; if I can use instagram I should be able to use an app with much less to download. At least the page could show an error message instead of confidently lying to me. **This app NEEDS a function where you can adjust alert settings. Obviously, without a ringtone when a load is offered, you need to look at your phone every 45 minutes at least in order to avoid missing a load offer with a 1hr window to accept. This means you can't get any extra sleep while waiting for a load; can't even get lost in a book or family time comfortably. It is an easy fix and has been mentioned in several other reviews.

I hate that I can’t accept a load if I’m sitting passenger seat because of the GPS saying I’m in motion. I know it’s a safety feature to prevent drivers from being on their phones while driving but sometimes we aren’t driving while in motion. Add on a feature that asks, “Are you driving,” with a Yes or No feature. Update agreement and say if you check “No” they’ll be responsible for any accidents or damage.

While this app is truly useful in many ways the lack of being able to respond makes it nothing more than a broken Qualcomm. No matter the message I still need to go to my truck to reply. Example: Occasionally I like to spend the night in a hotel instead of the truck. I get load info/changes to my phone but I need to get up and go outside to reply to it. Another: My truck is getting repaired or maintained. I can’t sit in it so I’m in the terminal. If I get a message I can’t respond without the use of the Qualcomm. Please fix.
