It needs some work

It is hard to find customer support that is actually helpful. Ringover will also ring on my iPad and desktop, but for some reason, it does not ring on my phone. I have lost leads due to this problem. Unless I can get a hold of customer service to help solve this issue, which is always hard to do, I will be switching to another Service.

The customer service is very poor and their website is limited. It doesn’t give more options for customers to purchase the products without calling the customer support.

Apps are out of sync, can’t send a pdf file , can’t send any files via iPhone app… support takes forever and I lost sms communication for 3 months while waiting for TCR… haven’t experienced an app this bad in forever
