I am not sure why but I continually have issues making payments for my reservation using both the PC and Mobile Apps. No, I am not using Discover or American Express cards.I rent waaaay to often for this to keep happening and to add to the frustration most often with my payment finally goes through the charge has increased by several euros/dollars a day. Really?
The App does not work as expected

Trying to use this app to manage a reservation I made for a car. Initially I was able to see my booking and go to the voucher but when trying to add it to my wallet app it would not work. Now when I use the app there is no current booking information or anything in the booking history despite the reservation showing up in my account online. The app is not helpful whatsoever and actually makes the rental reservation process very frustrating.

Impossible to make a car reservation!!! Both app and site are full of bugs and make it impossible to make car reservation!!! I have tried from every computer for the last 12 hours and it doesn’t work! Just awful!

While the website and app look great I have been unable to use either of them to rent a car. I can’t get past the sms verification because I never get sent a verification to my USA phone The chat box doesn’t work at all. No where to type a message. When I call to let them know of the issue and to try and rent a car the person just tells me to go to the office and then hangs up.Pretty sad state of affairs. I have had to rent elsewhere
