This is awesome
This app is very well-designed in terms of interface and runs smoothly. I have found it helpful already, and I just downloaded it today and I don't use many third party apps generally. I really really really appreciate the genuine effort that UT invested in this app. It made me feel good about my school. :)
The app features a variety of media, including videos, substantive text (just the right length and level of descriptiveness), well curated comments sections, and lists of resources, all tailored to helping people with areas of life that are specific enough to target directly yet broad enough to be applicable to virtually every human (and possibly other mammals as well). :) Subjects include things like Compassion and Mindfulness.
