My experience with Jio broadband team (in Hyderabad) is excellent. They are very prompt in installation of broadband and Jio-TV (digital) services. Person Hari Krishna (Bandlaguda Jagir) was very much helpful in installation, explanation of service and responding on calls when there are issues. The broadband service and TV digital services are great too.I am enjoying the services provided and I am happy to give a 5 rating for their exceptional services. Thank you team Jio !!!!
Bad customer service - Poor implementation

Usually I never write reviews, but I am writing this out of my frustration with Jio’s customer service and not fulfilling their commitment.Here is my story, I submitted an MNP request and completed e-kyc and payment for the plan online. As per their timeline the SIM card was supposed to be delivered within 5 days but it was not delivered even after 2 weeks(what a worst service). They assigned me a delivery person for delivering my SIM card and I called that person but he was very rude and simply keep telling me like he will deliver it by today/ tomorrow and so but not delivered at all.I tried to calling customer service(this is even more painful and frustrating) but they are not listening at all.After all my bad experience with JIO, I choose not port to JIO. Question to Jio: You need to concentrate more on your customer service and the persons working in your outlets and delivery(Not sure about other places, but I had a very bad experience from TamilNadu Chennai) are very rude and behaving like we are getting a free service from JIO. See keep in mind we are paying from our pocket for every service we receive from you.
New upgrade is good but have many issues

New upgrade is good but many unexpected issues.. even for small small things. My jio ID password has signed out automatically from all my apps on my iPhone or my iPad and now I am unable to sign in or even reset my password. All iPads aren’t 4G so it is impossible to use the sim in it from beginning and now even on hotspot or JioFi or WiFi unable to use the apps after the upgrade. The chat agent advised to change the password through upgraded my jio app but there is no option of change password. Your introduction to the new enhanced app shows the snapshot with the change password but in actual that is not appearing the app. Kindly fix it or switch to the older version please. It was good even in poor network conditions but now this enhanced app is difficult and freezes in poor network connection. Please help. Jio User
Clunky 5G, Too many Text after DND

Jio has intermittent connectivity and quality issues in 5G. I came from US and using this for my 2 weeks stay, sometime speed of 5G are good but unreal I ke for video calls which really a 3-4G thing. Indian companies have long way to go to learn Quality over quantity. Seems Jio is really not targeting to be global company and create a brand. I have opted for DND but still Jio sends 10-15 text messages in a day that is completely unacceptable for privacy and targeting customers. I have complained to TRAI for this. Overall a good progress, but business model is flawed.
