Love Zoho
I used another email system, comes after ‘f’ in the alphabet, and it was costing me an arm and a leg to handle what little I had. When there was a security breech and some of my stuff ‘could have’ been taken, I was done! But I needed a solution for my business needs. Especially email. I looked around. I found Zoho about a year ago and have never looked back. I’ve contacted customer service a few times and they get back to be super quickly. I have even spoken to actual live humans! And the resolutions for my problems were solved quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was just another number. So all in all, I give Zoho (especially email) a 10 plus star rating. I don’t think I’ll ever leave! I’ve also used Zoho sign, tried Zoho books, and looked into Zoho One - I just didn’t need it all. But I liked what I saw and was impressed. If you’re a small business or a huge business or you just want to feel secure without paying an arm and a leg, then Zoho is it. Bye bye the letter after ‘f’ place, see ya! I’m sticking with Zoho
Pathetic and unreliable
This entire system is extremely unreliable and pathetic. I constantly receive automated emails from ZOHO that have misinformation in it. Shortly before meeting is about to start instead of me receiving the 15 minute warning email from ZOHO, I receive an automated email saying there has been changes made to the meeting. But when you open the email, nothing has changed. It's still the same date and time in all the same information. ZOHO just produces and send out an automated email with wrong information. It's very normal for me to also receive an automated email saying the meeting has either been canceled when it has not, or vice versa. I constantly receive emails saying a meeting is still happening when it has been canceled and removed from my calendar. it's very normal for me to have to reach out to coworkers to confirm or disconfirm meetings because ZOHO is not to be trusted and is constantly sending out automated emails with wrong information. Absolutely pathetic. Especially to that in the ZOHO mail app when I go to my deleted mailbox, it shows no mail. I've never emptied my trash, but won't let me access my deleted mail. and it does the same thing through the web browser. The only way I can access my deleted mail in my ZOHO account, is to log my ZOHO account to my standard mail app on my device. Then when logged in and go to mailboxes I can find my mailbox and there is mail in it.

Don’t do it
If my email dashboard looked like theirs I’d be a lot closer to being satisfied. This is the most nitpicking, exhausting service I’ve ever seen. Zoho can boast they provide lots of options and control because if the user doesn’t create it, it doesn’t exist right, down to basic expectations. You’ll spend hours searching for emails and content. I get alerts on my phone from senders and can’t find the emails in Zoho. Add diff email accounts and Zoho automatically names them all the same as your primary. I must constantly check to make sure Zoho is sending or giving exactly the info I wanted including time zone. Imagine getting reminders from a clock in a diff time zone. Mine were 12 hrs. late. There’s no integration with calendars, tasks, or reminders. I can’t make changes from the email dashboard. Instead, I have to login into the admin dashboard. There are always lots of icons and arrows to hidden icons everywhere, blocking my view and placed where it doesn’t make sense. In short, this is like buying a car and if you don’t say it needs an engine, 4 tires, front and rear seats, windows, doors, and a gas tank then you get only a chassis with options. What are your options? Everything you expect to already be in a car. So, if you want to fail or spend hours searching or creating your own email service from scratch, then Zoho is perfect for you.
