This app is such a pain a use. It is so slow, everything takes forever to load if it even loads. The app constantly times outs or just fails to do what lever it is you’re trying to do. It’s also incredibly annoying that you can’t copy and paste a password into the app when doing a password reset. I use passwords from a password keeper but since I can’t copy and paste them into the app for a reset it leaves me no other choice but to use a weak password. The app also looks like something from ios4, it’s a joke.

Works to unlock a locked account. Tried to setup push notifications but get message about miss matched version with server. Checked iOS app version and server are both in latest. Either an incorrect error message or a version is not released yet.

The app works on occasion but doesn’t consistently allow users to reset passwords, unlock accounts, or do any of its primary functions. The app freezes, likes to fail to connect to the server, and overall provides a poor user experience. Save yourself the trouble and just use the web app.*just wondering if the devs will update this? Zoho is a large company. You’d think resources would be made available to fix these obvious issues.
