The light is great, I can play music through it; however I can’t change the color of the light and it’s very frustrating. Is there anyway to get help about this issue?

I used to love this lightbulb and app. That was until I accidentally deleted off my phone and when I tried to re-download it, it was no longer available in the U.S. App Store! I tried for months to get it back. I even contacted customer support through both phone and email to no avail. I ended up having to send myself the link to be able to download it on my other phone. I gave the 3 stars because the lightbulb is wonderful when it has the app to change the lights. However, the whole ordeal of having to try to find a way to re-download the app sucked!!!

So when I first got this it was really cool I could make the lights go along to the music and could control the color of the light but then when the update came out and the app was changed to music light instead of home light everything changed! I could still play music through it but now I can not do anything with the light part of it! It’s sooo frustrating CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME????!!!!

It's a neat idea especially for your bathroom in stuff to listen to music me and my wife got it so on date night we could in the in tub in listen to music with different color light but the app needs some work it won't change color in when you try to change the color the app shuts it self down.
