Earbuds do not connect to the app
I live in NY and even though I could connect the earbuds to my phone’s Bluetooth, the app doesn’t pick up the earbuds to connect them to the app. I would really like to be able to connect them so I can use the features but right now the app doesn’t pick up the earbuds.
Sometimes the app shows "disconnected" while the buds are connected.
App works nicely. If you set the region to mainland, china, it connects. But if the buds are already connected to the phone and then the app is opened, it (the app) fails to connect to the buds. You must keep the app open while opening the lid. It's weird
I FINALLY got it connected
Had all the issues of not finding the buds in app. I went around asking customer service, they said switching your region in the app to China mainland and restart the app. Worked instantly lol
