I actually enjoyed this app and the innovation that changed conventional bank into modern bank is absolutely amazing. Just keep improve and always optimize the app because sometimes i can’t enter with my fingerprints, but it’s not a major problem.

The concept and everything about the financial and saving is a total great and yes for me. I am able to save more money without the concern of getting cut by other fee.The thing that i mainly concern about is the app itself, it is VERY VERY VERY SLOW, i had to wait like a minute or half to actually move around the section inside the app, it loads really slow and always loads every time in every section, i understand that it is how it should work but considering i am a person that needs everything fast and always in a hurry, this is such a bad way to do transaction fast. Also the fingerprint and the pin login part also need improvement, sometimes my fingerprints cannot be recognize by the app while my prints are readable by my iPhone 7 and other app that requires fingerprints. Logging in to the app also slow and takes half a minute or more to actually process the whole thing when i am in actuality using a very high speed connection everywhere i go.

While BTPN Jenius implement monthly fees in 2021, that does not mean that its IOS app is good. The chat function is unreliable and I miss important notifications that are great in other e-wallet apps like DANA or LinkAja. I linked my e-card to MyBluebird app but did not get any notifications (email or sms) that my card can be used. I emailed Jenius help and chatted within the app. I only got a general reply (not a personalized one) of the requirements needed to use the card for e-commerce (like minimum balance, 2 days delay since opening Jenius account, or not to make mistakes in typing the number). I am sad for this.
Kinda unstable sometimes, need some works

Jenius really helps me as a web developer to bought some applications online without having a credit card. I really enjoyed using it.But the app itself is kinda unstable, it always gives me slow connection error even on hi-speed wifi. And the last thing, please make the app compatible with 1Password. Or at least Make it able to paste to the password form in login screen. (Bcs right now I can't paste on it. It really breaks the UX.)
