No, though Unalterable Records are court-admissible and can be used as evidence in family law cases, no one monitors interactions between you and your co-parent. This is for the privacy of our users.
Can I change plans?
Yes, TalkingParents offers monthly subscriptions that make it easy to modify your plan at any time. If you don’t think your needs will change throughout the year, we also offer annual plans that include an 8% discount.
Can my account be deleted?
No, TalkingParents does not allow the deletion of accounts once created and matched. This ensures that neither co-parent can remove an account and clear messages, call records, or other details within the service.
I wish there was a way to limit the use of the person by telephone number instead of email. My sons father let his girlfriend download the app on her cellphone and now they both harass me. I never know who I’m talking to. Some days it’s her and some days it’s him. But they are both always attacking me. It’s mentally exhausting. I’ve stopped checking my messages, and he’s accused me with the court of ignoring him. So now that I have proof that the girlfriend has the app on her phone, I’ve notified the court so they know why I’ve chosen to ignore their constant harassment and why I’ve chosen my mental health over their constant arguments and fights with me. I don’t know what to do now as far as communication goes since I cannot tell who is reaching out to me. I get anxiety attacks just seeing the notifications. Amazing that people can find anything to use as a weapon to harass and disturb your mental health. Until there’s a way for the girlfriend to be blocked, I will not be using any of these apps but this app was great and I have nothing but great things to say about it. So thank you to the developers. Hope you can fix it to make it be allowed one phone number downloadable rather than email. Thank you

I can prove that the responder is lying and have proof and have shown proof. As we speak, I’ve been having a 10-week long battle with a gentleman named Paul, Carlos now on with Ava, who said that they finally escalated it to their development team. That was over 4 weeks ago.Correspondence between coparent have without a doubt been deleted from December 17, 2021 to January 22, 2022. Christmas and new year of 2021 and 2023video attachment of a drunk man admitting to crimes, and TalkingParents is gaslighting and covering it up, or they are simply too incompetent to run such organization with integrity.I’ve been a paid member since day one and I want those attachments. It is obvious when you get on the website that the transcripts are there and I’ve downloaded the PDFs but I now need the attachments.. high level social engineering coming from china and most likely involved in human trafficking. Talking parents are complacent in this.All of the proof is in the video that has been removed on the bugged app.I want the video and I will not stop until all of the data regained from this account is recovered.It also does not send videos, photos or messages.If TalkingParents is not involved directly in this crime, then they are complacent in allowing their app to be bugged and not accounting for the evidence shown in countless emails.When you show them evidence, they disappear. Just like any guilty party.

This was a great app until it wasn’t. They have had significant upgrades that have made the app horrible, inoperable, and glitchy. Even worst is when you lose all your data and there is no phone number to call and they do not respond to the in app help. If you love your kid/s and depend on this data, DO NOT USE TALKING PARENT. Your entire case will evaporate and there is no one to help or that responds to in app request for help. It’s obvious their priority is their on-line reputation responding to every review quickly (look for yourself). WORST CO-PARENTING APP EVER. The Accountable Calling works when it wants and you my find all your calls gone and no one to help you. The picture function is now also broke where you once could attach photos very easily. Now if sends the same picture over and over even when you know you choose the right picture. The Calendar is useless. Our Family Wizard is much better and you can get customer support. It is very hard to change once you start. Make the right choice the first time with an ESTABLISHED business like Our Family Wizard. To add they also MAKE you sign new policies/rules under duress since you HAVE to sign it to stay in compliance with the court orders to get back into your account. Read them carefully because I would never sign or agree to any of those terms if I didn’t need back into my account to only find all my calls are gone and the new calls not captured. too many glitches

ever since I downloaded the newest update, my app has been glitching like crazy. It continuously logged me out every time I open the app and at times I can’t even get notified since I’m logged out without even knowing. The app is consistently freezing or glitching to wear whenever I try to open the new message it lags and freezes for about a good two minutes before I can finally open up and see what the message was about. when I do finally get the chance to respond, the keyboard is so delayed that I have to finish writing my message and it takes about another minute for the message to still type through the app. Once the message is ready, then I can continue writing, but have to still wait again for the message to finish getting written. and randomly it will scroll up through the messages without being able to stop it or even close out back to the home page. and when i close out the app and try to reopen, it stays frozen to the messages page.
