*I find this app is amazing and time saving. You almost have everything you’re looking for at your finger tip!*The shopping list idea is great BUT it allows you a certain number (100 items only) and I think it should be higher or left to customer choice.*Another thing is the out of stock issue, it’s really annoying I hope they fix it or at least update the app content continuously. *Some of the products which are actually sold in the store do not appear in the search and you need to go there physically and get it, you need to add all the available products to the app. *The home delivery idea is good but in order to benefit from it on the same day, you need to place your order early in the morning. *Pick-up orders time should have flexibility, for example if I ordered at 04:00pm to be picked at 10:00pm and the order is picked and ready at 08:00, then I should be able to collect my order earlier! What is the point of waiting another two hours to be able to collect it?!*There was a glitch in the app (happened once) after I finished picking stuff to buy, the cart was emptied suddenly I hope it doesn’t happen again because it’s annoying and time consuming. *But in the end it’s really a nice app that I recommend for those of you who don’t want to waste time running around the store to collect items! ***And the developer really should fix the problems I mentioned earlier because it will give the customer the best experience.

The service itself is amazing. My orders were never late. Same driver that knows my place without having to describe the exact location every time. The amount is charged after the order is ready reflecting the actual amount in case of out of stock items.A few things could be updated: - real time out of stock updates- more options for choosing how the cheese from deli section is desired (shredded, slices, one piece)- essential items like milk should never be out of stock!- more variety and better bakery would make it a much better app!Still my favorite online grocery app. I sometime order from other apps because they have more variety and better bakery. But Danube’s service is way better!

One of the worst online costumer services ever. Delivery never on time usually late 30 mins plus with no notification or a way to contact the driver. Customer service never answers on time. Something usually damaged or not in a good condition and you have to contact customer services and they arrange for pick up without telling you when maybe after 2-3 days suddenly you find the driver calling saying her arrived and usually when this happens I’m not home so of course no return or refund although it is stated in their policy “Refunds will only be given where the product is returned or photo verification of product condition is provided.” And i did provide them with an image of the damaged product “ fresh cream spilled “ and they asked me to keep it and return it when the driver contact me. Not gonna order online again
Don’t use this service now unless you are disparate!

I tried this app before Covid-19 and I would give it 31/2 stars. During covid-19 I tried it and because of high demand the app collapsed and service became horrible. Placed an order on March 27 for SAR 510+ it showed a delivery on March 29th. Next day checking on status I found delivery changed to April 4 without any notice. I tried to cancel through the app the app keeps crashing. Sent them an email no answer. Funny enough every day I check the status it shows the list is shrinking because “out of stock”. Finally I called them and simply they canceled the order. I understand covid-19 situation is tough on everybody but what happened to me is completely avoidable by having few competent staff and management. If we were in complete lock down this would have been disastrous to me and a lot of people. Don’t use this service now unless you are disparate!
