OnTaxi — on the road like at home.
OnTaxi is a Ukrainian service for taxi orders and parcel delivery available in over 100 cities across Ukraine. In the app, you can place an online order, see the taxi fare before confirming, and track your ride on the map.

Use cases

Where OnTaxi works
Taxis and courier deliveries are available in more than 100 cities in Ukraine. Among them are Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi, Nikopol, Kramatorsk, Dnipro, and Pavlohrad. UA coverage is broad, so choose an address in your city to check availability.
How to order a taxi:
In the OnTaxi app, set your route points, choose a car class, payment method, and desired options. When the details look right, confirm the cab order and go.

App works great, despite some minor glitches :) The service itself is great at getting a taxi when other services can’t / are not willing to send a car.P.S. As iOS developer myself, I recommend setting a white status bar with green navigation bars and white titles ;)

Service with NO Customer Service

The app works, but anyone can make an app that works. I’ve been using OnTaxi about twice a day for almost 2 years. Had a problem with the app today and the customer service representative didn’t care. He was rude and extremely unhelpful. He also didn’t care that I’m a frequent user. If management is ready this, it’s time do get some real customer support within your company.

Neither weblinks nor app

It only worked booking on the phone and paying cash, interesting coincidence. Time consuming registering details on the app for nothing. Weblinks for credit card payment won’t open either in WiFi, international data or local number. The taxi that came to pick me up barely had space for one suitcase in the trunk, and you knew I was going to the airport. Good luck
