Greetings. I understand not everything you make will be perfect. You will find thing to improve, and you will improve them. However, this simply isn’t it. You’ve changed this app in significant ways many times before, each more irritating than the last, and this is the worst. The layout has changed, and this is major because the layout has remained overall the same for ages. For new users, it does not make things easier as probably intended, it over complicates them forcing them to learn more when they don’t need to. For old users, the layout they’ve come to know has been changed, so they’re forced to relearn it although there was nothing wrong with it, also causing them to learn more than necessary. It does not make things easier, it overcrowds everything. Instead of putting features just for the sake of it, actually look for the features that require change, like bugs, or find a way to implement these features without getting in the way of what’s been set. That should be the priority. I’m not a professional, I apologize for the inconvenience, but as a user who is dissatisfied with the result, I feel I must address this to bring change and a better experience for everyone. I hope you consider what I’m saying and think twice before you add a new feature to an app that people are fine with and have been fine with for ages. It’s a fantastic app, I wouldn’t change a thing besides bugs. If there’s more useful features, great, but add them without changing what was set.

I’ve been using FlipaClip for about a year now and let me just say this is one of the BEST mobile animating softwares. There is a pretty much easy to use UI and and many good features like adding sounds and videos/pictures. What I think that would make FlipaClip much of an easier app to edit animations further, is by adding a blur pen tool, that allows you to blur anything at any opacity. This would definitely save more time from shrinking and blowing up drawn images to blur them😅. Another thing that should be added is a camera pan and zoom. This can make an animation that looks flat, look more realistic! I know that FlipaClip isn’t specifically made for editing animations, more so creating them, but it would be very awesome to have. I also know that this would take lots of time to program, which is why blur tool and specific functions of the camera pan and zoom could be bought in a bundle pack! One last thing that would make our animations look better is a tool that allows our lines to be straighter. Sometimes I will draw a figure and the lines of it would look scraggly so this would also really help! This could also be part of a flipaclip bundle pack. Overall, though, the app is a very great one, and I recommend this to all beginners out there! It’s actually really good for average animators out there as well. I really hope you guys notice this and I want to thank you for this amazing app😍😍😍

This app is so amazing and useful if you want to be good at animating, especially because it has layers, and if you have the premium version like me, it can also give you the option to add an unlimited number of layers instead of just 3, I also like that they have onion skin, which is a ghost version of the previous drawing if you didn't know, and not only that, but it can also be colored red and green depending on how you set the “layers before” and “layers after” thing higher, there is just one more thing that I'd like to mention, I can do other cool things like adding voice, music, or just any old type of audio from my files, and I can copy keyframes very easily, and if you guys have that problem where you end up not copying every single layer, you can always hold a keyframe down and then you'll have the option to add a frame onto the next frame or the previous frame and even add a blank frame on the next frame or previous frame, this is a perfect way to add in -betweens on your animation, so anyway, that's it for my rating. I would like to suggest a few things for an update, for example, when you use the fill bucket tool, you can decide how transparent the color will be. I’d also like to make a suggestion, I was thinking it would be a good idea to add a button that says “ lip-sync”. When you press that button, the app listens to the audio you added to your animation, and then it adds a set of mouths that will match the sound you're making.

So, this app is definitely great in a lot of ways, being a budget effective app to start playing around with animation, and including cool features like the glow tools. However, something that this app desperately needs to be a viable candidate against other animation apps that provide you more features for the subscription, is the ability to use rigging. This should not be a paid feature either, it should just be part of the app, because people will be more incentivized to use it for free, since most animators can afford to buy a five dollar app with rigging, versus basically throwing away 30 dollars for a subscription that gives you nothing. The paid version is not worth nearly as much as you charge for it, and although I see your most common excuse is that most people just use the app to start out, and not necessarily spend money, that just makes it even MORE ridiculous that you ask for so much. And the ‘fact’ you keep pointing at is also untrue. Lots of experienced animators use FlipaClip as their tool of choice. I myself will not, because of the lack of honesty shown from the developers in pulling off basically a scam, and giving users of your product false information to justify a thirty dollar monthly subscription. The one thing this app actually does that’s useful, is that it’s good for learning animation. Actually animating? Not so much. Edit: yearly subscription is 30. Sorry, it’s still overpriced for what it is.
