I love this app in fact it’s where I get most of my news. However, that being said, I do have 2 complaints and the first I the pause button. I was Rheo at work where I have down time and just have to watch a camera but if someone comes up I too have to get up and go which is super hard when it’s hard to press the pause button I end up missing several stories by the time I get back to my phone. And the second it The is a little bug when I try to select a type of video example is when I select inform it takes me all the way to taste and sometimes it does it over and over. But those are my only complaints and really I can live with them but I kinda feel like the maker should know.

This is a cool app and pretty different from other apps that it limits and surprise you with each suggestion. That’s surprise is quit refreshing yet I’m not sure of this one request. Which to add in a option to select channels and keep them in a list to go there occasionally and naturally the reason for not being firm with that thought could defeat purpose of this being a box of chocolates. Partly I’m used to other apps that gave such control.

Used to love it- now it doesn’t work

For years I’ve adored this app. Great content and easy fast clips. The app was easy to use and my go to for a long time.Now there’s nothing but issues. I hardly open it anymore just knowing when I do It’s going to freeze up or not play at all. It cycles through a ton of videos without playing them- and sometimes it’ll play audio from a different video. Or it’ll just stop working and I’ll have to again and again grab the remote and forward through. Stupid.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling so many times. No luck. I also have friends who have had the same issues. What is going on??

Hi SReeseZen -I’m really sorry you’re having trouble. We’re at the mercy of YouTube, and in the last three months, they’ve broken playback of videos of third party apps three times with changes to their APIs. This latest one affects some users and not all, and we’re chasing it. We’re not the only app affected by this. Hang in there. We will get this fixed, and I hope you’ll come back to Rheo once we do.

It’s great app especially on Apple TV. I would like to recommend the following changes that you might consider in future updates: 1. Sometimes when rheo features News videos. - It’s very hard to find out how old are they. Is there anyway you can put a date or some kind of indicator ? I get excited about news for something that happened 6 months ago :)2. Is there anyway I can send a video to myself or share it with particular person ? I know there is a feature to share it on Facebook (but this is to all friends). I would like either to individual on FB or to save it and may be open it later from my computer. Thank you! Keep up with the great work!

This is great feedback, and I'm especially glad you're enjoying the app.1) With respect to news videos, we do our best to make sure they are all within the last few days, but it's true, sometimes one sneaks in that is a little older. I think your idea to add a date is a good idea, and we've heard it before. We'll take it…2) You can share videos on the phone, but not direclty on Apple TV. One way to do it though, is to "Like" the clip from the TV, then go to your phone app and look at the list of your Liked clips and share from there.
