I got the BTW39 as a birthday present because it’s a wireless charger as well as a speaker and an alarm clock. I downloaded this app because the instructions said to, and it worked for a good while. However, about a month after I downloaded the app, it stopped working. It kept saying “finding devices”, even though the Bluetooth was on and my phone was physically on the device. Luckily it somehow began working again......for another few weeks. Last night I went to set my alarm via the app (because it’s a helluva lot easier than manually doing it), and it disconnected and is saying “welcome to enhance” like it usually does. Fast forward 20 minutes and it’s not connecting. I’ve done everything and have tried everything. Disconnecting both the app and the device from my Bluetooth settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but still no luck. I’m using an iPhone XS Max on iOS 12.1.2.

I downloaded this app to pair with my iBTW39, which I received as a gift. It worked alright for about two weeks, though right away I found it odd that there is no manual way to just turn off the alarm when it's going off - the only "off" I have found is to snooze the alarm (which is not easy, you have to figure out the exact right spot to touch on the clock), then open the app, wait for it to pair, and disable the alarm from there. Most mornings when I do this the app has for some reason signed me out overnight so I actually have to log in. I also thought the whole purpose of being able to set an alarm that goes off every weekday was to have it be automatic - so I wouldn't have to disable it every morning and re-enable it every night - but I truly can't figure out any other way to stop the alarm when it's going off in the morning. After a couple of weeks of use, I started having issues with the app finding the device at all, even when they were physically right next to each other. I read threads from many other users having this issue, followed all the steps recommended by the manufacturer for un-pairing and re-pairing, etc and nothing. The only solution I've found is to actually physically unplug the clock for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Then it seems to pair again. I now have to do this every few days, which seems pretty ridiculous to me. This app needs some serious attention, but I'm afraid the product itself does too.

First of all I scored a pretty big find I have always wanted to give the Ihome enhanced app a try and I found an ihome IBT297 at a resale shop for a fair price. What’s keeping me from using it is 2 things one this app needs an update to fix several issues one in which it won’t let me create an account to fully register my Ihome IBT297 and I also feel it needs more of a compatibility update for those who are running iOS 18. The other issue I don’t fully trust the whole alarm set feature on the app because it seems to glitch and turn itself on when I turn it off then it switches back to off which I find rather weird. I have been a die hard ihome fan for years in fact I have only ever owned an ihome alarm clock because I feel more secure with their set up VS TIMEX and other brands. Ihome has just always been my preferred and go to alarm clock. I just would hate to see this app ever become incompatible with iOS if iOS 19 or 20 comes out that would hurt me quite a bit. Overall I love this app and I hope it proves fruitful for years of use and learning how to use it. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but you have my 5 stars

I received my second clock Friday and went out of town so it didn’t get set up until Sunday. The set up process was pretty easy enough until I look at the clock 2 hours later and it was set to the same time I had originally set it for. I messed around with the clock for 2 hours trying to uninstall apps, turn the Bluetooth on and off, take the battery out, unplug it and set it up again and again. NOTHING.... I mean nothing came from doing all of that so I decided to try customer service today which wasn’t any help because he walked me through the same steps I had already taken last night and the he ask did you get a warranty??? Well sir it comes with a one year warranty so what are we going to do well let’s escalate it to the higher ups???? Why would we do that so they can walk you through steps I may be unaware of 🤦🏽‍♀️ Sir it shouldn’t be this hard to set a clock up especially it it can be done from an app. Needless to say I’m sending this one back and trying yet again to see if the 3rd time is a charm as I really like the clock but the buttons were messed up in the first one and this one, well it really has a mind of its own. Please improve the app as it keeps crashing as well.
