Overall the app looks good. But when I got the compensation for time it took to complete repair, The button for claim wouldn’t click no matter how much I tap it. It would not respond. And the I asked for change of router like a thousand times but every time the repair man says, it is working fine. I know it is working fine... I just want to customize my router. It gets hacked so many times. I only have option to hide my SSID, which in-fact is also insecure. Thank you for reading. “Please, I humbly ask you not to respond to this review.”

They just want the money and once they get the money, they stop caring about providing internet. If your internet is not working, they wont fix it or do anything. Never take this company internet.

1. Costumer support is poor2. Internet service is just trash the speed is slower than a turtle 3. Having no internet is better than having slow internet4. Slow internet 5. Very slow internet 6. Very very slow internet7. Very very very slow internet 8. Most useless and trash isp in entire country 9. Change your slogan 🤡 10. Just trash internet 11. No compensation for the loss caused by their slow internet to their users (when we work with a client and cannot deliver services in time due to “🤡🤡🤡🤡 internet”.12. Close your services if you cannot provide one - A frustrated Worldlink user
