SLB Employees Credit Union provides mobile access to your accounts, requiring your Net24 Service credentials and multi-factor security question answers to login. Access privileges include account balances, balance transfers, transaction history, card management, bill payment (if subscribed via Net24), mobile deposit (separate application/approval required), and eAlerts.
The app is good needs to add an important feature and it’s the cost category for a monthly review or weekly. To show how much the person spent on food, transportation, … etcIt’s very handy I hope you add it soon.
Deposit a check is a horrible experience

Deposit a check via taking picture is really a horrible experience in this app. I failed many times before it could go through. I have no idea how they certify if it’s a good or bad picture, and giving no reason why it was failed. Well, just redo it and it costs a lot of times while it just need 5 mins to finish it in a branch bank. The rests of the app are super ok to use
Temperamental login verification

The login process has a mind of its own. After setting up facial recognition for login, the app fails to log you in most of the time. It logs you in one time and throws up an error next time you have to log in. Deleting and redownloading the app and setting up anew does not solve the problem. Neither does changing your password solve anything. It is very frustrating.
App does not work

The app does not work, unless I’m on the company network. When I’m on regular Wi-Fi, 98% of the time I can’t log in. Gives me an error message and tells me to call for assistance. Not very convenient when you’re out and about and need to get into your account. I’ve been told it’s my carrier, but I don’t believe that because I have another bank account and their app works just fine. Something needs to be fixed.
