Blueriiot Pool & Spa Assistant is the free app dedicated to the treatment of water in swimming pools and spas. The app works together with Blueriiot water analyzers (Blue by Riiot, Blue Connect, Blue Connect Go, Blue Connect Plus, Smart Water Analyzer and Smart Water Analyzer Plus).
Associated with a Blueriiot water analyzer, the Blueriiot Pool & Spa Assistant app helps you to look after your pool 24/7, even when you are away. No more uncertainty about the water in your pool or spa. Blueriiot Pool & Spa Assistant allows you to enjoy again your pool or spa with total peace of mind.
The analyzer measures the temperature, pH, disinfectant level (chlorine, bromine, salt) and conductivity (salinity) of the water.
It automatically sends these measurements to the app via the Sigfox network (you can check your pool coverage at https://www.blueconnect.io/en/products/blue-connect/)
The Blueriiot analyzer also works in Bluetooth, which means that measurements can be taken via the Bluetooth network by pressing a button in the app, as long as you are close enough to the device.
It can also send the measurements via your Wi-Fi network thanks to the Blue Extender bridge (see below).
The Blueriiot Pool & Spa Assistant application gives access to your pool data, and sends an alert in the event of a problem:
● Dashboard: informs you of the status of the analyzer, the water temperature and the quality of your pool water.
● Table of values: informs you accurately of the values measured by the analyzer, trends and ideal values.
● Maintenance guide: advises you on the steps to follow with personalized chemical recommendations for your pool or spa, in order to maintain a clear and healthy water.
● Settings: allows you to configure the settings of your pool or spa and Blueriiot devices, and gives you access to technical assistance and support.

The Blueriiot range includes other products:

I don’t mind that the gadget is kind of broken. Because I don’t rely on it after 2 months.The app, needs a bit more hand holding work, but it’s the backend that requires more effort IMO, as well as a customer service overhaul. It has the potential to be a top tier product as a subscription monitoring system, but the costs are prohibitive and hidden at the moment.I also have my problems with the way that they sell online stats as a "subscription", and it also requires battery/probe replacement every ~2 years. The probes are around 1/4 to 1/3 of the price, and the subscription or warranty doesn’t cover battery or probe replacement. IMO, hiding this cost, as a business practice, until after purchase is misleading. Include it in the “plus” subscription tier.The added cost of the gold/platinum probes has to be factored in, as well as the battery and online subscription to a product that should be perfect. It’s far from that. I do get sigfox coverage, but Bluetooth is sporadic. It’s not clear that the blue connect goes offline to conserve power, so it’s always going to be unresponsive.As for pool stats, it is wildly inaccurate with the wrong sensor installed. The platinum probe on the base model doesn’t measure ORP properly for salt or mineral pools, while the gold probe that comes with the higher tier package, covers both chlorine and salt / mineral pools. I will get salt levels from 5200 to 7600ppm on the same day, and ORP of 400 to 730, etc.And, If their online systems worked, they would figure out such a variance was a “problem” in a 24 hour period of samples, and log a faulty product, or contact the owner/account. Nope. Had to ask support and weeks later, get linked to the advice. No further interaction. Sigh.

Product might be great but I don’t know yet as recently started using it. But app is very frustrating to use. App is showing wrong device as blue extender and it’s not getting unlinked.On a side note, there are many messages with poor English sentences. Seems like app was not well enough thought off before launching.
