I like this app because you don't have to Google what's playing in your area. Just open the app and you have all your new movies and movie theaters right there in your area. You can even watch previews just by tapping a movie you're interested in. I also love the fact that you can buy and reserve tickets ahead of time so you don't take the chance of driving to a theater all hyped up only to find out That they are all sold out! Also when you buy through the app you rack up points that you can use for free movies and snacks on top of freebies you get for your birthday and the anniversary date you first signed up! Have def been recommending to my friends and family!

The app is very easy to use because it saves your favorite theater so that you can easily see what is playing. I also like that the show times are right there for you to see. No more navigating to each movie just to see the times. I would like the option to save a payment method and use two forms of payment. A note to the theater, I really don't like the $5.00 fee to book my own tickets when I don't even interact with one person.

The Goodrich theater app opens with the theater of your choice, and it's easy to scroll down and see what's playing. It's very convenient to select your seats and pay before hand, and just show the barcode at the scanner station before you enter the theater. I also like getting free popcorn from their rewards program!
APP not working properly

I’ve had this app for a while and lately I have been having trouble with it. Not all the movie options show at all times and my purchases that show up are from a couple of years ago. So I can’t tell if my points are updating correctly. My youngest daughter went to the movies and when she tried to redeem the free medium popcorn she was still charged. I don’t understand what is going on with the app lately. I used to love it. Please fix it. I emailed customer service but haven’t received a reply back yet. As soon as these issues are fixed I will change my rating to a 5 star.
