This is for providers, I guess? It seems to have news only and the videos are ‘private’ even though they are outside of the log in screen. I wore a MyZio heart monitor a few months back and they had a wonderful app to log symptoms instead of having to track symptoms in a booklet by hand. I definitely have my phone with me all the time so being able to track my symptoms there is way more convenient. I’m bummed this app is not for me.

Tried to use this to connect to my epatch but upon opening the app, the screen stayed white for a few minutes, I rebooted my phone and it worked for a little bit until I had to turn my phone off off. Then when I reopened it, the screen turned white and has been like that since.

This is very handy in the field, I hope we work to expand the library, as there are a couple of important items missing. Other than that it is great to have everything at our fingertips.

Would be nice to make sure everything is being uploaded properly. I won’t use another ePatch. Hopefully Philips find better companies to work with or restructures the company.
