The system has alerted us to many water leaks over the years. Every home owner should have this system!!! More than paid for itself in saved water and avoidance of water damage.

Update: CS reached out and offered the new combo Gateway + new connect. We reached a deal and I returned old equipment. All seems to be working fine now. I wish I didn’t have to go through all this trouble.I have a FloLogic valve and although it works ok most of the time it gives a lot of false positives. I installed a connect module ($300) to control it via WiFi. It worked ok until i switched my modem. After that it stoped working and after many hours with CS and reconfiguring the mod nothing worked. They suggested I had to buy a Gateway module ($200) only to find out it does not work with my connect and I need to buy from them the “newer” version (another $300). Save yourself the trouble use something else.

The FloLogic valve does exactly what it is designed for. If it shuts off for a known reason (like my landscaper at work) the app allows me to turn the water back on without having to explain how to do it manually.
