Your new policies are very annoying before slice was very useful to everyone but after your new police I don’t like to use slice at all if possible change to old policies or you ppl will be losing the customers

Waited almost for 40mins to speak to an executive for a query.After 40mins call got disconnected automatically.Giving a cards and limits are not sufficient unless you give after sales support.And in IVR i choose English language. For 10 tomes call got dropped as no executives are available.Such a low class service this company is providing.
