It's alright, but...

First things first, I don't understand why people complain about the lack of functions compared to the actual console game. You should understand that it's a "companion" app and not expect it to look exactly like the ultimate team menu. For its purpose of being able to do new SBC's when i'm not home or accessing the transfer market, it's fine. However, I do have some complaints. For one the filters for searching for player items could definitely be easier to use; like why do I have to scroll and find specific club names on a small screen? Searching should be an option. Not to mention the amount of bugs I come across with numerous other features. And my biggest issue is that from time to time, when I try to press the "log in" button to access the companion app nothing happens and I have to delete and redownload the app for it to even work again.

I think that this app would be better if it changed some massive glitches and problems. The main one for me is that if you add a concept player into an SBC, and then go buy the concept player to put into the SBC, the chemistry goes down by one. It makes SBC significantly more difficult and it’s genuinely ridiculous. You expect that if you have a concept player in the SBC squad, and the chemistry is, say, 75, after you buy that player, it should still be 75 chem, because that’s what the app shows. This is not a problem on console, thankfully, but this is ridiculous. I hope someone that has the capability to fix this issue reads this and fixes it. This was not a problem in the FIFA 19 web app, and this problem began to occur around the 3rd month the game was out. Also, something minor but helpful, is that when you tap on a player and it shows “send to club”, “remove from squad”, etc., when you tap “search on transfer market”, it would be a lot better if there was a smaller arrow below the large arrow at the very top left of the screen to go back to the “send to club”, “remove from squad”, etc. screen, so that it’s easier to to lower or raise the price, depending on what you need, instead of having to go back to the squad, tapping on the player again, and going to “search on transfer market”. Something else that could be helpful is separating untradeable consumables from tradeable ones, and being able to change how many of that consumable you want to list on the transfer market, instead of having to one by one list for the same price. It would save so much time and would be tremendously efficient. Other than that it’s a decent app and helps manage my FUT teams. If the problems above were fixed, I think the app would be a lot better.

This app works great when it lets you log in, it has some minor imperfections, like not letting you see the full stats for sbc players, not being able to build a squad with a preset concept player option etc..all things that can be ignored (for now). The biggest problem is the ability to log in. I understand when you are playing on your console, you may not go into the app, but when I have been logged off (and my console has been turned off) for more than 20 minutes, and i still cant access my squad on the app is infuriating. This has been a problem since the beginning of this companion app. It doesn’t communicate with its servers and it makes no sense. What if i turned off my ps4 before a trip and i went on my phone to check my squad or sbc’s and it wouldnt let me due to me “still being logged in on console” and i had to wait until i went home again....i shouldnt have to relaunch fifa to log in and log back out just to be able to use this app..its a major inconvenience and should've been solved on day 2 but its is now a few years in and this problem is occurring...unacceptable...
