The app was great for checking on our flight info and also directing us yo the right place to find and book the train to the airport
Do not buy Malpensa express train tickets on this app
Bleecker44
There is no wifi on the train and it is in a tunnel. So if you buy them in the app you have no way to get to your tickets and will lose your money when the ticket collector comes by. We showed him the emailed receipt but could not open the attachment. He took pity on us but the process is a scam. It would be a huge improvement if the tickets went to Apple Wallet As a note, the train is €13, far more than Berlin or Amsterdam and has no wifi. Much of the trip has no cell service. It is also almost an hour long train ride. By the way, it is not an Express in that it makes station stops and it must share the track with other trains as it stops and starts repeatedly.
We have updated the customer support and flight tracking experience within the app.
The option to receive flight status updates via WhatsApp has been removed.
It is no longer possible to start or continue conversations with Customer Service through WhatsApp.
To keep tracking your flight, please use the dedicated flight monitoring features available directly in the Milan Airports App.
For assistance, you can contact our Customer Service team through the digital channels available in the app and on the Milan Airports websites.
This update allows us to provide a more integrated experience and manage communications through the official Milan Airports channels.
Thank you for using the Milan Airports App.
