Major fix for parent-to-parent synchronization. A bug prevented the app from locating the family share once the data volume exceeded a few hundred records: the share appeared lost on both devices and re-inviting failed. This flaw has been fixed at the root, and the app now automatically recovers existing shares. Additionally: changes made offline are now pushed automatically as soon as connectivity returns, and a new "Sync Diagnostic" page (Settings → Sharing → Troubleshooting) shows the exact connection state to speed up support. Updating both phones is strongly recommended.

Parent‑to‑parent sync has been rebuilt from the ground up: changes made offline are pushed as soon as connectivity returns, deletions now propagate reliably, and a status banner at the top of the screen alerts you the moment a sync fails — with a one‑tap "Retry" button. Seizures logged on one device now surface on the other parent's device in under two seconds. The Dashboard reads more cleanly (adaptive Y‑axis scales for long durations, no more overlapping labels) and Settings has been reorganized around what you use most. A subtle banner also lets you know when a new version is available on the App Store.

REWORKED ONBOARDING • Child's sex now asked during setup: in-app labels are automatically adjusted ("Léa has epilepsy" or "Tom has epilepsy", "Born on" agreement). Choose "Unspecified" if you prefer neutral wording. • You can now go back at any step of the setup wizard to correct an earlier entry without restarting from scratch. PER-MEDICATION REMINDERS • Each medication now has a "Notify for this medication" switch in the medication plan. • Turn it off for doses managed by someone else (school, day-care, the other parent) when you don't want a reminder on your iPhone. • A small struck-through bell icon appears in the list to identify medications with reminders turned off. HISTORICAL IMPORT • New page Settings → Data → "Import a history (CSV)". • For each data type (seizures, mood, daily observations, medication plan), download a documented CSV template, fill it in with Excel or Numbers, then import the completed file. • Ideal for migrating from another tracking tool (family spreadsheet, previous app) without losing months or years of data. • Daily observations update the existing entry for a given day instead of creating a duplicate — you can enrich the history progressively. EXPANDED MEDICATION LIST • Autocomplete now covers ~60 common medications used in France: antiepileptics, antipyretics, sleep, respiratory, corticosteroids, paediatric antibiotics, digestive, allergy, constipation, vitamins. • Faster entry and fewer typos on brand names. IMPROVEMENTS • Sex synced through parent-sharing to stay consistent across all family iPhones. • Date of birth still strictly optional (can be added later from Settings → Profile if needed).
