It appears that ever since Jahez bought the chefz, the app’s service quality has deteriorated. An order took more than 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive due to the unavailability of drivers. Of course there’s no direct way to contact customer service for cancellation and several complaints have been submitted but no one cares enough to reach out. It’s kinda sad that this was the best food delivery application but doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.

Unfortunately, my experience with The Chefz was extremely disappointing. I ordered a gift, paid for it, but it was never delivered. When I tried to contact customer support, they kept closing the chat on me with no real response. After repeatedly requesting a refund, they completely ignored me, and in the end, they closed my account for no reason! The supervisor, Najat, contacted me on WhatsApp and then proceeded to shut down my account. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against dealing with them – they take your money and never return it. Their customer service is terrible, and they have no respect for their customers. Stay away from them!!!!

I pre-ordered my Eid basket a few days in advance, but I never got the order after trying to contact The Chefz and the driver when it reached an hour and a half late. I tried to find a customer service number but couldn’t, so I sent multiple messages through the app instead. Unfortunately, all the responses were identical and none of my concerns were properly addressed or compensated for.The driver did his best given the situation, but the overall customer service from The Chefz was extremely disappointing. You really need to benchmark against Jahez when it comes to customer support.
