I was using it just fine for the 5 first transactions. All of a sudden the “can’t verify your identity” started to come up on on the screen. I requested help from customer support chat option. Was told that the reason I am unable to complete the transaction is because they are having 3D verification upgrade in the system. I was recommended to add a new card. I did. Then I was recommended to add SSN and right away the account was blocked. A very rude explanation was that my SSN was not verified and I needed to submit the drivers license, photo, passport. I have never was serviced by a customer support representative at the bank in a such a rude manner. As if there was a KGB agent behind the chat demanding all the proof. I said that the origin of the issue was not my ssn but the system upgrade to 3D verification. I had requested to remove my SSN. In reply I heard that the identification team will get in touch via email. I requested to close my account and heard nothing back in re of the matter. Only that the team will be in touch. I had to google how to permanently delete the account. Deleted it. Yet, next day the identification team sent me email requesting passport, drivers license and photo. In star review didn’t get posted, had to give it five,

I have to say, everyone in the small country of Belarus (it’s between Russia and Ukraine) pays bills and purchases items by sending money to a business’s or a person’s debit card. Kind of the complete opposite where, here in the us, business charge credit cards. This is the only app I found that worked, that could send money to a debit card instantly. Not just any debit card, but a Belarusian debit card, and do so instantly. So I could buy my Cousin Flowers for her birthday while she was in Belarussia. This is the only app that works after trying like 20 of them including Apple Pay and Google Pay, which require recipients to be in the same country. The flower shop received money directly to their debit card, which I still find weird as an American. Thank you PaySend!

This is one of the stupidest app I ever seen. I used to use it once in a while whenever I need it. I basically use it to deposit cash to a debit card in overseas. Because online payment system and debit card usage is undeveloped people prefer to use cash. We pay either in cash or send money to their card just like zelle. I started using this app couple of years ago and it was working well at the beginning but suddenly they restricted my account and kept asking information about my receivers. They requested information about every single person that I sent money to and the reason why I sent money to them. Most of them were merchants like restaurants and flower shops. However they reactivated and after couple of transactions they did the same thing. They keep asking information about people. I keep answering them to get my account back but it didn’t stop. I feel like I’m laundring money or I’m criminal who’s been following for a reason. This is really annoying. So I lost my interest using this app and found another app. Recently I had to send money again and I contacted support to reactivate my account because they asked the same thing last year and didn’t respond them. They said they’re reviewing it and it’s bern over 3 weeks that they’re “working on it” but hasn’t received and update yet! They said there is no time limit for that meaning they can take forever. If they don’t wanna reactivate my account just tell it! Don’t make anyone to wait forever!

I was trying to send money to my girlfriend who is in Poland. I took a photo with my passport. I’ve sent bank sequences. I even sent them the actual transactions from my bank account after using Apple Pay. I’ve even sent them screenshots, not only from my Apple Pay, but of the actual physical card I’ve given them every shred of information that they needed, and they still won’t answer me on support the support Text forever to answer. I can give one message now and I won’t expect a message for maybe one day or sometimes six hours at the most they’re not at least a bit quick and then they did not want to help me with my refund, they were telling me just wait by my girlfriend is starving right now cause she lost her job and needs money for food. It’s just the inconvenience of how long it takes for verifying and I’m still as I’m messaging this not verified after I’ve given them every single information and even took photos with me with the information showing my name and I’ve showed them screen ended a screen recording through my whole phone. now because of all of us they went and deleted my whole without even telling me without giving me an email without any information just went ahead and did that so I couldn’t even the day are the ones who made it difficult
