Can’t get this app to work or switch between cameras. It’s stuck on one camera and can’t get it to move to another. Time to look at another provider for Internet and cameras!

The main purpose of this app is to provide video recording from the past events. It doesn’t work. E.g. if you experienced a theft on your property and would like to see what has happened, it’s impossible to do with either this app or a desktop browser. The program doesn’t respond to the timestamp selection. Technical support is a joke. They closed tickets because I didn’t answer their Private ID phone call. Then they advise to use Internet Explorer (2.26% share of internet users) or Edge (I never heard of such a browser before but apparently it enjoys 2.18% share of the internet users), then the line dropped and no one calls you back. Stay clear from this app.

go back to the old version of this app. The update has bookmarks taking up more than half of the screen. We need to see the camera feeds. We don't need to see a list of times. There's no customization whatsoever. the mobile app only lets you bring up four cameras at a time and you can't choose which one show up in that view. What were the developers thinking? This is so much worse.

The internet and WiFi work good but the cameras are only clear for about 30 feet and the app is terrible. The time grid fails to flag motion events. On the Smart Office web page they claim to have 24/7 support but on July 4th and 5th 2020 I tried to get help with the app and only got a recorded message saying they were experiencing high call volumes and to call back later. I am not happy with the service and will not recommend it to anyone.
