Sun, sand and a body on the beach. Pacific Bay looks like paradise — until you open the case file. Grab your badge, Detective, and find out who is lying.
A murder has been reported on Ocean Shore, Detective. Welcome to Pacific Bay — where paradise has a dark side.
Criminal Case: Pacific Bay is the second season of the award-winning hidden object detective series that has turned more than 100 million players into detectives. Search crime scenes for clues, examine the evidence, interrogate the suspects — and when the proof is solid, arrest the killer yourself. Standalone story: no prior season needed.
INVESTIGATE CRIME SCENES
Every case starts at the scene of the crime. Search gorgeous hand-drawn locations for hidden objects and vital clues, race the clock for the best score, and earn the stars that move your investigation forward.
RUN THE LAB
Bring your findings to the Pacific Bay crime lab. Analyze samples, decode messages, reconstruct torn documents and match fingerprints. In this city, every detail talks — if you know how to listen.
INTERROGATE THE SUSPECTS
Bring witnesses and suspects in for questioning. Compare their statements with the facts, catch them lying, and profile your killer trait by trait until only one name is left.
ARREST THE KILLER
Most mystery games end when you find the last object. Criminal Case is where it gets serious: match the evidence to your suspects and put the right one behind bars. Get it wrong, and a killer walks free.
A WHOLE CITY TO CLEAN UP
From the boardwalk of Ocean Shore to the swamps of Bayou Bleu, from the movie studios of Ivywood Hills to the casinos of Paradise City — every neighborhood of Pacific Bay is a different slice of America, and every one of them hides a killer. Case after case, the deeper you dig, the clearer it becomes: something is rotten in paradise.
MEET YOUR PARTNERS
Officer Amy Young — rookie, brilliant, and far too honest for this city. Detective Frank Knight — veteran, cynical, and hiding more than he lets on. With Chief Marquez's team behind you and a coroner who swears the corpses talk to her, you never investigate alone.
FROM THE MAKERS OF THE ORIGINAL

Connect with your friends to team up on investigations, compare your detective skills on the leaderboards, and send each other energy and gifts.

The tide can wash away footprints, Detective. It can't wash away evidence.
Bodies are piling up in Pacific Bay, and we couldn’t be happier. These zany cases are packed with eye-catching artwork, witty dialogue, and forensic techniques that are way more fun than the real thing. From spotting hidden murder weapons to reconstructing evidence, we can’t get enough of the fast-paced puzzles and minigames.
One small issue for a otherwise AMAZING game
Engaged player
I play both the original version and this version of this game, and I LOVE both of them. My one issue is that it would more interesting if you could interact more with the other characters and face a lot more of the natural dangers actual homicide detectives face. (I'm a huge fan of NCIS and all sorts of cop shows, along with wanting to be a future forensic scientist) and I would appreciate it if you added more of those things that simulate your in a actual crime fighting scene. I don't mind the long waits for autopsies and forensic evidence, as those actually represent how long it takes for real crime fighters to get answers. The additional investigation is also actually very representative of what actual law enforcement do after solving these sorts of crimes. Again, I adore the game completely and willingly put up with the long waits. All I ask for is more of the heart racing excitment actual homicide detectives face, and working with law enforcement is like working with a giant family, and I really miss that sort of family feeling I get when around law enforcement. That's all I ask for, and I don't think it's all that much to ask for. Just the options to interact with your fellow law enforcement family and see about more danger, thanks!
Great game!

I love this game, but there are a few things that have kept this from being a five-star review. Firstly, the additional investigations are a big drag. I know you guys want people to buy more energy, and I respect that, but I feel like that's the only purpose of them. I finish a crime and I'm like "great, now I have to go through the additional investigation for no reason at all." I have completely lost interest in the game for as much as weeks at a time at least a dozen times between Pacific Bay and Grimsborough, and I feel like the game would be much more engaging if the Additional Investigations were just eradicated, or at least made more interesting, like in World Tour. The other thing about this game is that the time between investigations is very long, and many people don't want to have to wait three days to play a new case. Each case usually takes about three days if you're counting the additional investigations, so this means that people are spending the same amount of time waiting for a new case as they are actually playing them! World Edition has both a one-day waiting time and more engaging Additional Investigations, and that's why it it has a full five star review in the App Store. Finally, I would like to report avery minor and non-review-affecting plot hole that can be spotted in case#12, Payback. In this case it says that Yuan Wong and David Breitman robbed together 25 years before the case took place. Yuan's profile reveals that she is seventy, so that means that they robbed together when she was 45. Looking at the picture for chapter three of the case, we see Breitman and Yuan robbing someone, and Yuan looks to be in her early thirties. How can this be possible if she's forty-five years old? She doesn't look to have any plastic surgery in the suspect lineups. Again, a very small problem, but I just thought you should know.
Fun but ...

Game is really fun what would make the game more enjoyable is if they took away the additional investigation part it takes almost all of your energy just to complete one star !!! And the Lab results take too long your waiting hours before you can move on in the game . You should be able to get a pet not complete every scene to buy a pet . You should be able to save your energy it’s not fair when you have a full bar of energy and you level up and you don’t get to use that extra energy and you should be able to carry over stars to the next investigation except you half to go back and use them for energy or coins . If they would fix that in the game I would give them five stars ⭐️ thought about quitting the game because of the additional investigation part & not being able to store energy that you don’t use when you level up !! Other than that this game is awesome !!!
Detectives — routine precinct maintenance is complete. We've tuned the engine, squashed a few bugs and made sure Criminal Case: Pacific Bay runs perfectly on the latest devices.
The sun is still shining on Pacific Bay, and your cases are exactly where you left them — killers to catch from the beach to the casinos, and one dark secret still buried under the sand.
New around here? There's a body on the beach. Grab your badge and report to Chief Marquez.
Happy investigating!
