RICOH TotalFlow Supervisor functions as an on-the-go attention light for the networked printers in your operation, regardless of the manufacturer. For printers that support SNMP, you can use TotalFlow Supervisor to:

If your mobile device is connected to the same network as your printers (either directly or through a VPN), you can access print job and device information.
