New in 1.0.1: made for iPhone Duo, settings that sync across your devices, and a redesigned calculator. Log every set on iPhone or Apple Watch.
IGNIFIT is a weight training log for people who want to lift more. Record every set in seconds, rest with a built-in timer, and see your progress in clear charts.
LOG WORKOUTS FAST
● Follow one of the preinstalled workout plans, build your own routines, or start a freestyle session
● Pick from over 1,250 exercises, each with step-by-step instructions and most with a video demonstration
● Group exercises into supersets
● Add notes and RPE to any set, and pin a note to an exercise so it shows up every time
● Rest timer runs between sets and notifies you when it's time for the next one
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
● Charts for volume, max weight, max reps, and estimated one-rep max for every exercise
● A calendar of your training history
● Share any chart as an image
TRAIN SMARTER
● Weight plate calculator tells you which plates to load
● One-rep max calculator estimates your 1RM from any set
● Check in to your gym when a workout starts
APPLE WATCH
● Start and log a full workout from your wrist, even when your iPhone isn't with you
● When you train with your Apple Watch, it shows your heart rate and active energy, and saves the workout to Apple Health

● Choose from five color themes, also on the widgets and Apple Watch

Instructions are minimal. I finally figured out how to create a set of workouts to do on different days, but to actually start a workout is a mystery. I have managed to succeed a handful of times by randomly clicking on things, but it usually takes 10-15 minutes of valuable workout time to get it going. There is an instructional video to show you how to enter data for the workout once you have it going, but not how to start it. There is NO information available on the web. When I click on the “App Support” link in the App Store, it just brings up the terms and conditions. There is a lot of great information available in the app, but nothing about how to initiate a workout. Guess I will try another app.
● IGNIFIT now supports iPhone Duo.
● Your settings now sync across your devices.
● Remove sets on your Apple Watch.
● Increase or decrease the following sets with one button.
● A redesigned calculator.
● Assisted exercises now count less assistance as progress.
● Bug fixes, general improvements and a faster workout screen.
