MedFlyt has been on track with providing me 2 times to check in and at times I have needed that. Also, though I don’t check in at the same time every day, the process has been smooth. Thank you! I appreciate having to times to punch in and definitely need this on the app for my schedule I appreciate having two times to clock in because I need that in our schedule. Thank you! Now that I have had the clock ins adjusted again to 2, things are going better! I definitely need the 2 clockin times! Thank you!

The concept is good, a app based company where caregivers have control over scheduling and payment. But it’s has been executed HORRIBLY. From the time I was attempting to get hired, I was sent on 3 different fingerprint appointment with codes THAT DID NOT WORK. After the 3rd time, I was told to pay for it myself and I would be reimbursed. It took them close to a month to give me my money. Then let’s talk about the instapay. I can count on a single hand in 3 months of working, how many times the instapay has actually WORKED. Which is frustrating when that was their MAIN RECRUITMENT POINT. I’m always having problems getting my money. And don’t expect them to respond to you in a timely manner or be able to actually FIX anything because customer service is just them stating the obvious that something isn’t working. Now I’m having problems even reporting I’ll be late. It’s just a frustrating app all around and I don’t know how long I’ll be working with them.

I noticed the issue started yesterday. There are not updated visit clock in or clock out options. The days on the calendar are not available. Had to use the alternative after several attempts. Everything has been updated and I am able to clock in and out without issues.

It’s much more convenient. You don’t have to keep calling or the office keep calling to remind you to do it, but you have this app that reminds you and also send you a notification to complete it. At times you get to the clients house you’re doing other things and you forget, but with this app it will send you a text message.I like it it’s very convenient.
